Chef Jason Bierley Chosen As "Chef of the Year" Finalist
Jefferson State Chef Jason Bierley was recently chosen as a finalist as Chef of the Year for the Annual Stars of the Industry Dinner in Huntsville. The event is a celebration
of excellence by individuals in the Alabama Food Service and Hospitality industries,
and is the premier event restaurants and hotels throughout the state
plan to attend each year.
All finalists are presented a
plaque recognizing their achievement and are also acknowledged before and
during the dinner. During the awards ceremony, a winner
from among the finalists is announced from each of the 15 categories from
employees to restaurateurs and hoteliers.
